- What happens after I submit an inquiry?
- We respond within 24 hours and schedule an on-site consultation, typically within 2 weeks. A detailed written estimate follows within 5–7 business days of the walkthrough.
- Is the estimate free?
- Yes. The on-site consultation and the written estimate cost nothing.
- What's in the written estimate?
- A signed scope of work, project timeline, and payment schedule. Everything is priced before any work begins — no surprises mid-build.
- Do you work Saturdays?
- Yes, when the schedule calls for it. Appointments run Monday through Saturday.
Budgets & payment
- What do your projects cost?
- Remodels run $250–$1,000 per square foot depending on scope and finish level. Full projects range from $1M to $15M+.
- How does payment work?
- 10% deposit at contract signing. 20% on materials delivered after permits are pulled. 20% milestone payments tied to inspection-passed build markers. 10% final payment on completion and final inspection sign-off.
Licensing & insurance
- Are you licensed and insured?
- California Contractor License #1074636. Bonded, with General Liability and Workers' Compensation coverage.
- Who pulls the permits?
- We do. Every permit is pulled and managed by us, and we coordinate and attend every inspection.
- Is debris removal included?
- Yes. Debris haul-away is included in every bid.

- Can you work under an NDA?
- Yes. We work with private clients, and a full NDA is available on request.
- Do you handle insurance claims?
- On restoration projects, we coordinate directly with insurance carriers and adjusters.
