Open Positions & Skilled Trades Needed
- Site Leadership & Supervision: Project Managers & On-Site Foremen
- Structural Trades: Foundations, Framers, Roofers, Waterproofers & Demolition Specialists
- Master Finish Trades: Finish Carpenters, Stone & Tile Setters, Plasterers, and Interior/Exterior Painters
- Licensed MEP Trades: Journeyman Electricians & Plumbers
Candidate Qualifications & Expectations
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in your specific trade working at high-end luxury residential standards.
- Professionalism: Exceptional reliability, punctuality, and clean presentation on high-net-worth client properties.
- Compliance: Valid California Driver's License/ID and a clean drug screening required.
- Communication: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred, not mandatory.
